Peter's Sushi Spot

Peter Park the owner and founder of Peters Sushi Spot has 25 years of experience being an Executive Chef in Japanese cuisine. He first started as an assistant to other sushi chefs other restaurants and learned how to make sushi, and grew his dream of opening his own restaurant someday.

In 2004, Peter finally oepned his own restaurant on Fairbank Street in a small strip mall.  It wasn't big but it was a great start for his restaurant business. Soon, his business was a success!  And as his business grow, he relocated to bigger location on B street.  As everyone says when there is happiness, once in life time you have to face circumstances.

In July 2008, Unfortunate event occurred.  Peter's Sushi Spot was burnt down.  Peter was devastated not just him, his families and friends were too.  But that didn't stop Peter.  It made him to grow more confident in himself and he promised himself that he will be back with business. Once again, after almost 3 years of preparing for better business to serve his customers, he opened his new and approved restaurant in a strip mall located behind City Diner on 3020 Minnesota Drive.
He is ready and always looking forward to seeing his customers siles and serving his customers with better good and service than any other business in town.
